Job Description
- The
Storekeeper is to maintain accurate stock records and ensure availability
of spares.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Establish
and Maintain Effective Working Relationships; Control and Maintain Stock
Levels Effectively; Maintain Stock Security and Safety; Monitor and
Maintain Pollution Control Measures; Emergency Response.
Experience/Competence
- 5
years’ experience in the Marine or Petroleum Industry, preferably FPSO
experience;
- Experienced
with PC-based maternal inventory control systems - AMOS preferred;
- Thorough
understanding of material, purchasing and stock management procedures;
- Qualified
to trade or technician level in a technical discipline; 3-5 years in
marine or petroleum industry in technical discipline;
- Medically
fit to offshore International standards suck as ENG1 or equivalent;
Technical -Appropriate standard of technical and professional knowledge as
defined by competences;
- Good
numeracy and literacy;
- IT
- Good familiarity with standard ‘Office’ software package. Operating
system; Experienced operator of Computerized Stock Control software.
